i don't watch fox news so i wouldn't know. who cares? other than making your initial post here look completely ridiculous (not to mention making procamations like you do after 30 mins of football was completely ridiculous) i really don't think anyone outside of tampa and brady fans cared that he made the super bowl vs. rodgers making it.

I don't watch Foxnews either, but I did check their website right after Brady's win to see what the right wing echo chamber was thinking and it was exactly what I figured.

The NFL wants it's right wing fans back.  It needs them back.

Your cause and effect reasoning here is truly remedial.

Brady is utterly useless once his protection breaks down.

QBs that are some combination of mobile, strong or sturdy are not.

This is akin to say that a life preserver is equally important to Michael Phelps than it is to someone who actually can't swim.  Yes both technically benefit, but without one Phelps probably still makes it to shore.

Serious question: do you actually watch the games?  Have you ever seen what happens when a QB starts scrambling to buy more time to throw?   Here’s a hint Kruk, it doesn’t make the offensive lineman’s job easier, it makes it harder.  It changes their angle of protection AND they don’t see it because the QB is being them, so at that point they’re reacting to the defender.  Happens all the time where an offensive tackle has a good block on the defensive end, and then the QB scrambles outside the pocket, the defensive end tries to then break free of the offensive tackle, but the offensive tackle holds on to his Jersey for just a split second too long and gets flagged for holding as he has no clue that the QB is no longer in the pocket.

You're missing the entire point.

The offensive holding removes the actual need to scramble, thereby making scrambling a much less important talent.

Tom Brady is much more dependent on the holds that occur within 3-4 seconds of a snap than Russell Wilson is dependent on holds that happen after the play has broken down.

It's not even close how beneficial each holding is to each respective QB.

you make it sound like there is no longer a pass rush and the qb just stands back there in the pocket and that olinemen can just grab guys and hold on. that isn't what's happening.

All this nonsense just because this idiot can’t say laugh at himself.

Why would Lurie of all people go out his way to say that offensive holding was not a thing this year as an explanation for why he was so disappointed in Wentz's play?

if you listened to lurie you would know that he hasn't a clue about football.

You're right, he doesn't.

But some things are THAT obvious.

And the same people miss such extremely obvious things over and over again.

Lurie made the mistake of saying the quiet part out loud.  The NFL doesn't like it when its members reveal its trade secrets like that.

I remember that time Kevin Kolb won the Super Bowl.......

Something I didn’t put together earlier, which makes this thread even better: When Bruce Arians was hired as the head coach of the Cardinals, one of the first things he did was cut Kevin Kolb, lol!

Refs cheated. Otherwise Brady sucked. 80% and 3/0 in first half- mediocre

so even he thought it was a foul in real time, and with the benefit of the immediate review. do you think the refs on the field have 12 hours to mull over a play? do you think the better team won the game?

He said all 3 of the major PI calls were at best questionable.

Two of the halftime commenters said the refs were being too hard on KC.

Even Romo broke character with a mid game "come on, that call is a bit too much".

But as I said, it's a business.  A very desperate business at the moment.

as i said- even mccauley with the benefit of replays thought the first one was pi live and after watching the replays. so how can you question the refs on the field who didn't have the benefit of waiting 12 hours to re-think the decision. the call against matthieu clearly was poor. brady threw the ball away.
you should just stick to wwe. since you think everything is fixed. do you really believe that kc was the better team last night? they put up 9 points. did tampas defense cheat too? all this because you started a totally moronic thread after 1/2 of football and you look like a total moron.
