Dumb as NFL players are, not a one has ever came into a game fearing what Wentz will do to them from the pocket.

well then, that's quite the analogy, even by your standards. first of all- in 2017 wentz wasn't used primarily as a pocket passer. much of his work was done on bootlegs, or other rollout type of plays. he hadn't been in the league long enough to have a "reputation" like you keep stating. if our run game was our strength and we ran the ball until they no longer cared about the pass, and then we could throw with impunity, how do all the stats i provided you justify that? most games that year, we built up big leads with passing and then ran the ball the entire 2nd half. if you have information that contradicts that, please provide, but stop with your bs analogies and insults until you can provide something of substance to correct me.

You do understand that bootlegs work when a defense actually fears the run right?  Without that fear you're basically sending your QB into a gun fight holding just his dick and a plastic butterknife.

Carson has NEVER done anything to make teams fear him.  Nothing.  You guys in your delusional nutbag group think bubble talked yourselves up into believing he was superman in 2017.

Even after we ended up getting better with Foles in 2017, and then again in 2018, and after Wentz flopped in 2019 and 2020, it still hasn't registered with you.

As I said, I would assume this to be trolling if I didn't see it in other places where people have no idea what a "krukster" even is.  It's simply an exaggerated form of group stupidity that I quite frankly think is only capable of being fermented in Philly.  The Qanon supporters I converse with in the politics section are more open to fact based logic than you guys are.

There's one fact that by itself nuked the argument that Wentz was "elite" in 2017.

And that's the fact that we ended up getting better and winning a title when Foles came in to replace him that very same year.

There's dumb, and there's Philly dumb.  The Gold Standard of dumb.  Even Qanon supporters are more open to fact and logic.

If Doug called passes early in a given game that season, it's cause he KNEW defenses were already pissing their pants over our run and thought it smart to exploit that early.
