I mean, he already got his big contract.  You could always just use your go-to move and pray for a career ending injury...

No in this case he played so bad that even you realized he needed to be benched.

The funny part about this is the year you said Kelce was playing bad, he was first team all pro.  Followed up by 2 first team all pro seasons after that.   Thank god you weren’t in charge of personnel decisions.....

Still doesn’t absolve you from being a complete jackass by PRAYING for a CAREER ENDING INJURY to a player.

There's a reason why Doug is "smart" by NFL standards and a brickhead by real world standards.

Sports fans and pundits are enthralled by shiny objects, like an NFL center running downfield like he's an NFL TE.

Kelce is a great athlete, even affording that he routinely plays below his listed weight.  But as he admitted, he's weak in the trenches.  When you pair him with a Seumalo or Barbre you're basically making any 3rd/4th and short a passing down.

Plus, good luck with Carson if Lurie is able to get his true wish Lincoln Riley here to Philly. Wentz should hope for Kafka.

Honestly with the semi-senile state Lurie seems to be in right now, it wouldn't shock me if he brought in Hurts's college coach to fix Wentz while Hurts played back up.

wentz is never quoted, its reports of what he said..."sources". you of all people should know the difference.

while i think its more likely then not that he believes that or said that, this could have been PR spin from the eagles too given the relationship with the coach was already fractured. maybe the eagles put out that story to get people to get angry at doug and making removing him easier?

It's pretty SIMPLE then. Wentz would deny the reports if they SIMPLY were not true. He didn't and after everything that transpired, it's more probable than not that he did.

Carson Wentz keeps having negative reports about him from teammates in the past, and reports about his attitude. Too much smoke anymore to play stupid and deny it.

i agree, its more likely he said it then he didnt to someone, however there's always spin somewhere and a reason things are released and arent. this easily could have come from the eagles along with wentz being a prima donna. the point is, wentz never came out and said it...of course, he hasnt said a word either way, but he hasnt come out and said it either.

Yup, way too much smoke.  It's also quite noticeable how much better the entire team played once he got benched.  It was like every member of the team got a B12 shot.

Or maybe you just don’t know Jack sh-t about how to evaluate offensive linemen.........

Like for example, how would you compare your ability to tell good line play apart from poor line play compared to your ability to tell apart a right handed jump shot from a left handed floater....

LOL.
Kruk a week ago: you meatpackers underestimate Lurie’s good judgement.
Kruk today: Lurie is clearly in a semi senile state.

Never change kruk

Kruk 3 days ago: you meatpackers underestimate Lurie’s good judgement.
Kruk today: Lurie is clearly in a semi senile state.

Intelligent opinions, of which your brain claims no ownership to, are supposed to change as new facts come in.

And needless to say this was a MAJOR new fact that was added to the equation.

Doug for his part could have been a little more chill in the face of Lurie's male menopause.

I'm not putting 100% of the blame on Lurie.  Doug, Jeffery and even Howie all contributed their own flavor of stupid to this situation we're in now.

Based on what happened in 2018, 2019 and 2020, my takes on Peters at LT and the Kelce-Seumalo pairing inside appear to have been 100% spot on.

But as I said, fools are attracted to shiny objects............

Kelce:  I struggle in the trenches and have a hard time keeping on my playing weight during the season.

Me:  I agree with Kelce

Terp:  A bunch of writers said Kelce is an All Pro, therefor Kruk is wrong
