I’m Vegan

CTHU….after watching this I’m questioning my shellfishdom…

What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? (Rom 8:31)

Seafood is in many ways more "dirty" than land meats.

I can maybe understand being vegetarian, but being vegan means so many good foods are out: Ice cream, yogurt, cottage cheese, any cheese, even jello. And don't try to tell me those artificial substitutes are good - they are tasteless or lousy tasting like cardboard. Every vegan I've ever known, except one, gave it up.

Agreed Vegan is rough.  I am pretty much all vegetarian although I will eat wild salmon on rare occasion- preferably alaskan king salmon. Could never eliminate dairy mainly for the cheeses, yogurt and kefir.  Strictly nut milks however, no more cow.

Slowly trynna get there as a vegetarian…very hard to leave the fowl, seafood, and lamb.  Never been a big beef or pork eater so they were easy to wean off.  Lately been trying plant based options which aren’t too bad (some of them).  Not too fond of “Beyond Meats”, but “Impossible” isn’t as bad.  Love the Impossible Burgers and Morning Star Products.  I’ll get there one day I hope
