PHI vs BOS

Playing like that first BUF game.  Sloppy and sluggish.  Being out shot....
What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us? (Rom 8:31)

Two steps forward, one step back.  Flyers take the lead and BOS comes right back w a PP goal.  3-3.

Had our chances in OT...now its shoot out time.  Scott Laughton got the penalty to allow them back in, and he had the chance to win in it OT but shot went off goalie's shoulder....ugh

Game over....Bruins win in a shoot out 5-4.  Sloppy play for the most part

I've been very out of it with hockey, but is Nolan Patrick clear with the head issues?

And does this team have ANY chance at the Cup this year?

They got a chance, but they're gonna have to stay healthy.  Certain guys can't get injured long term.  Patrick is cleared and is playing.  Nothing special so far IMO but he's basically a rookie, so I'mma give him the benefit of the doubt to get acclimated.

Who's the goalie that's gonna make me pull my hair out come playoff time?

That's been a time honored tradition for Flyers fans lol!

All I know about goaltending is that it's best to keep the area in front of a goalie clear and open.

That's why I loved those big bone bruising defenseman like Pronger.  Those guys have a "you don't have to go home but you can't stay here" policy around the crease.

I'm guessing this team isn't so lucky?

40 shots are tough but Hart is not sharp. Elliot had as many and threw a shutout. 4 goals in third period and 2 were not tough. hope he's not a legend in his own mind
