And MIA shouldve lost....down like 20 and Purdue choked.

That kid Luka Garza for Iowa is a full load!  He knows where his bread is buttered and he goes to work down low.  He can pass too.  That team reminds me of Nova but they have a legit C.  They surrounded Garza w all shooters and dare you to double him.  Last night they made 17 3s...UNC didn't fold though.  They have a cat that young named Sharp and he is a load his damn self.  He was giving it to Garza as much as he was getting it...but he got into foul trouble.  Illinois also got a brahma bull 6'11/285lbs w good hands and light on his feet.  What they feeding these kids today?  These kids definitely not Similac babies fasho'.

They canceled Mich State @ Virginia so Big Ten clinches the challenge. Would have liked to see that one.

PSU has a rough schedule @Ilinois, @Iowa, @Mich State, @Wisconsin, @Ohio State are just five of them. Start out on road @Michigan.

Road games aren’t as bad this year though

I seen that game was postponed.  IND vs FSU is a go though.  I haven't seen IND this season.  They were slowly getting back after having a few down years.  Houston is ranked #7.  There are quite a few teams in the top 25 that you don't see in normal times.  The programs who recruited the guys who stay 2+ yrs are finally showing up.  These one & done guys hurt a program in the long run.  Not saying the UKs or Dukes aren't going to reload, but having 18yr old teenagers play against grown 21+ yr old men will eventually show up.

Terps play their first real game at 5 today.

I like what I've seen, but today will confirm if my eyes deceived me.

MD is in the Big10 right?  Never understood the move or geography behind that, but ok.  IMO the ACC was perfect and normal for UMd.  The whole realignment of conferences a few years back just messed up alot of traditional rivalries and whatnots.  The Big East went with football and decimated the best conference in basketball.  Since then teams like Louisvlille, Syracuse, UConn, all have been mediocre basketball and worst in football.  I think UConn has come home already.  The Big East went back to their roots...small catholic schools.  And they thrived w Villanova, Creighton, Seton Hall, Marquette, and Providence all being top 25 teams last season.  Hopefully St Johns, Georgetown, and UConn can get all the way back.

My only explanation is that they've played every game at home so far and are getting too used to the underarmour balls.

The shooting is comically bad.

Underarmour balls have their own very unique feel.

Visiting teams have been complaining about it for years.

They are at least showing signs of life since returning from halftime

Too big a hole to dig out of without the 3 ball going down.

Turge needs have his guys practice with nonUA balls.  These guys are laying enough bricks to build a second Great Wall.

They had got it down to 12 w like 8mins left, but the defense is bad.  Clemson making jumpers, layups, dunks, & put backs.  That has nothing to do w the ball...and besides, Clemson playing w the same ball...thats an excuse.  Stop that Kruk...they're just having a bad game, it happens

Has Temple even played a game yet?  I know they had to shut it down due to COVID, but that was like 2 weeks ago.

It was nonUA schools that first complained about this.  The bball wonks I know say the ball and the shoes have a very unique "feel" about them.

Iowa is a Nike school, and Hawkeyes guard Peter Jok told the Des Moines Register after a late-January loss against Maryland: "It feels different. It's heavy like a street ball, like an outside ball. No excuses. It does feel weird."

"I don't think it's a story," the coach told reporters. "We played at Michigan and Nebraska with Adidas balls. It took us a while to get used to it. It's the way college basketball is set up. You go here, it's Adidas balls, you go there it's Nike balls, you go there it's Sterling balls. It's the way the game's set up. Until everyone's playing the same balls, I just think people are making more of it than they should."
