The claims on what happened are absurd, the NCAA would never do that due to those reasons and simple google searches clearly indicated they didn't

God damn you are a dummy.  Do you want to say what the NCAA surrendered to?  Keeping all of the fine money within the state as opposed to only 25% which is what the NCAA wanted.

So that's a good thing but not actually what I was talking about.  You do know that the NCAA gave back PSU it's full complement of scholarships way before originally intended.  That's because PSU was acting in an exemplary manner and not because of this "flooding of lawsuits!"  The NCAA was quoted as such.
