  Morey make sure you draft K.Filipowski,, &  B. klintman. with two of those four picks by all means!.

No more small ball!.. K.Filipowski should be drafted at no.16.  It's a no brainer!. He's the best first rounder with ALL AROUND SKILLS in this draft.  Plus he's a 7ft. 242 big the Sixers desperately need.  We can argue theirs other prospect we could use. But everyone else is too light in the ASSets if you know what I mean!..

A sign , & trade would be nice, for certain contact stipulations... But why give up all our picks for George.,.. IMO, We'd be helping the Clippers who don't want to pay him, so they can't keep him...  Especially when George could opt out, & we out bid the Clippers, & still pay him the money he wants.... All in all I would do the trade if that's what's it going to take to get George!.. Because definitely other teams will do what it takes to get him for sure!

I would try to keep that 16th pick IMO..  What's it worth, about 3 4 mil to add a should be NBA  ready rookie to give us valuable minutes.. But you're right!.. Morey will trade the pick on draft night to get some player, thats not a bonafide star, & that we could of got without trading it!..

If the Sixers dont like the initial Portland proposal. This will be D.Morey offer...

Trade B.Simmons, &  his 15% (5mil) trade kicker along with G.Hill for cap relief,  to G.State for  A.Wiggins, J. Wiseman.. G.States 2021 #1's (7, & 14 ) to Philly..  Since they want Simmoms, while he'll also be close to LA, & his old GF.... In a 3 way Trade T.Harris, A. Wiggins, & T.Maxey, (& A future no.1. (2022? If needed) to Portland to get Dame, & C.J... Give G.State a futur no.1. If needed.. The salaries all work & this trade is beneficial to all players, Gm's, owners, & all cities involved!..  Then draft. Jalen johnson, with the 7 or then draft M.D.McBride, & D"R.Sharpe...Then trade I.Joe, & S.Milton to Memphis for D.Bane...While Melo will follow Dame. .. So will the other vet UFAs. Ex .

Or just trade  B. Simmons to G. State for  A.Wiggins, J. Wiseman, & their two first rounders.. Then trade. T. Harris, S. Curry, T.Maddy to Portland for Dame!...NOBODY CAN'T BE MAD...

The Sixers so far is looking like the most dominant team to come out the East this upcoming season!.. Now with A.Horford, & Co., along his side at PF.  J.Embid should be able to have a monsterous season, if he stays healthy!.. But will it be enough to win the MVP?.. And just what will it take for J.Embid to beat out who to win the MVP?

Here is the complete breakdown on the five year rookie max extension for Ben Simmons: 

                                                                          % of cap
All-NBA 1st team: $ 203.6M                                   30%

All NBA 2nd team: $ 196.8 M                                  29%

All NBA 3 rd team $ 190 M                                      28%

No All NBA team $ 169.7 M                                     25%

As @wojespn reported the contract has a 15% trade bonus & does not have a player option.

34 million dollar swing if he makes one of these All NBA teams.. Here are the All NBA guards he got to beat J.Harden,  S.Curry,  D.Liliard, K.Irving,  R.Westbrook,  K.Walker... Now is there any spot for B.Simmons to sneak on an All NBA team next season?.. And just who spot will he beat out to get on one of these All NBA teams..

I agree with you 100%.. While the Sixers owner, & management team decided to keep building, & try to make a bum coach into a good one..

Harris and Co. have made good on their promise to spend the money.  Payroll wise they will be at or near the top soon.  Arguably, they are one of the elite teams in the league.  All it took is time and MONEY.


It's definitely championship or bust for this team the next two seasons!.. After that spending spree E.Brand went on this summer. The Sixers playes will have to be traded in after not winning a chip, & the salaries steadily growing!.. My only thing is why J.Harris played himself cheap by re-signing B.Brown who coaching strategies is a question nightly!.. While giving B.Simmons 34 million a season!.. I see it now.. The Sixers are doomed, or even Championship winners come next season!
