X Baker so glad to hear the good news for you. I wish you nothing but the best my friend. Kruk, as for you, go get checked ASAP. Last February, after my wife’s insistence, I went to VA to get checked out. Woke up one morning and couldn’t talk. Had been hoarse for two months. They found cancer on my vocal chord. After testing they also found cancer in my right kidney and in my thyroid gland. So far I had the vocal chord and kidney cancer taken care of. January 14th they are operating to remove the cancer in the thyroid. They claim I’ll be good to go because all three cancers were caught early. I only needed the surgeries and 28 radiation treatments but no chemotherapy. Good luck to you!

The Nets may not make a deal, but they have offered them one already. Plus, we know what we have in Ben and it isn’t going to change. He’ll never be a super star with no jumper. Just a very good player. We need another super star who can shot threes. That is Harden. He’s the better fit for Joel.

After watching the Nets tonight, Morley better pull the string and trade Simmons before Houston takes the Nets offer. If they get him Embiid’s prime will be wasted as a mere contender and not a sniff at becoming a champion.

I agree in giving Doc a chance. It just befuddles me that they kept Brett on board after the rebuild. After all, he was hired to be the consummate Loser. Once Jimmy was acquired and it became apparent that he had misgivings about Brett’s ability to lead the team, he should have been fired then. Coaches can be found anytime...star closers
