RT was supplied a can't loose roster but he still managed to lose, he has no clue what he is doing in the dugout, he refused to juggle is batting order even though the team was struggling to make contact. He looks like he is afraid to make a move out of the bullpen, and when he does it is either too late or it is completely wrong

The only thing I ever see RT doing is chew his gum, Does he even realize that the Phillies bats were silent and he had the ability to take KS out the leadoff spot and put someone in there that can do more than strikeout and hit pop ups. Maybe he doesn't know how to write it think
