im talking about justin edwards.

He didn't really say that did he?  I guess with Jonah Bolden, Okafur and Benny out of the league he needs another idiotic take.

seems more realistic then calling him a soon to be star like you did a few days ago.

He is still a star, and as I've said 100 times on here, who cares about regular season games against the Kings on a Thursday night in March?  They are going to get in and who knows where they go from there, but they should have everyone ready to go for the playoffs.

Agreed, you don’t belong in this thread

I know, not one intelligent idea out of all your parroting, right Polly?

Trading Miller this offseason would have been a super intelligent idea.

Too bad Bichette bailed on us last second.

By season's end Miller won't be worth a 6 pack of Miller Lite.

Spoken like a guy that never saw the kid play.

DM says that 3pt are more of an issue than tanking...lol!!  His nerdy @$$ analytics helped usher it in.  Now, it's a problem....lol

I agree with him, the games has turned into throw up as many threes as you can.  No real set plays, no inside game.  Rebounds are 10 ft from the rim on the threes.

Might be....but fact they are even considering it, shows the lack of depth and lack of adding payroll. Dylan moore is the leading bench candidate. They have no real rotation depth.

They lack RH outfield bat and that's about it. Better to carry a guy that can play everywhere including catcher of bury a young guy on the bench?  Pitching depth is fine. They are a month plus from Wheeler returning and Walker becomes a long man.

Tell me one time that Morey has done what you suggest?

Do you recall me saying this last season? To trade that high 2nd for a late 1st?

You say that every year with every pick, no?  Every year, dont trade picks for players. And look back at all the names we all wanted in second round or late first, most dont play.  But have to admit, Broome wasn't one I wanted, too slow.

Anyone still need convincing they've impossed a spending cap on themselves?

Yes. Throw away line from the manager.

we don't have 2 firsts

Did you read what I wrote about moving the seconds for a late first?  Was the entire point of getting the seconds in the McCain trade.

Gotta believe they move some of their seconds to get a late first and move the two firsts for a mid-teen first.  Deep guard draft so around there they should be able to get a PF to help.

I was gonna joke that they could get Pache back but he's actually on a minor league deal with the Mets, 1.932 OPS in spring training so far.

Thomson only rarely    makes defensive substitutions.    A back-up CF/defensive replacement who can't hit and will barely play in the first place are a dime a dozen.

I think Dylan Moore was probably more likely to make it over Rojas anyway. But otherwise it gives Pedro Leon the edge over De La Cruz (plus he's on the 40 already).

When he did Nic C got his panties bunched up!
