I remember back in the day watching the Celtics, every game was a battle.  Dr J vs Bird....Bobby Jones vs McHale. etc.

I moved from PA (northeast philly) about 30 years ago. I now live in Fort Pierce Fl. Florida is really nice (weather etc) but it all depends on where in florida you live.  You really have to research and visit a lot of places to find the right one, there are plenty of nice places but at the same time there are hundreds of places in florida I would never live.  Good luck with your search.

Steve always shot from "mixville" I loved him.
Even though he was slow (but tuff) he led the sixers for several years in steals....as a bench player.

I am an old fart (same age as Steve Mix) not only could he stroke it, he could rebound pretty good. Also if you look it up, he lead the sixers in steals a couple years.   I can hear it now......".Mix shoots   out from Mixville "
